From the Hutchinson/Merritt Parkway:
From NYC & New Haven: Take exit 35 (High Ridge Road).
Turn right off the ramp and proceed all the way down
High Ridge Road until it becomes a one-way street
(approx. 3 miles). This is Summer Street. Continue on
Summer Street for another mile; 970 will be on the right
hand side of the street after you cross the intersection
at Hoyt Street.
From I-95:
From New Haven: Take exit 8 (Elm Street). Go straight at
the end of the ramp. Make a right onto Atlantic Street.
Continue straight on Atlantic Street until it becomes a
one-way street. This is Bedford Street. Continue
straight and at the fourth light, make a left onto Hoyt
Street. At the first light, turn left onto Summer Street
(when you make this turn, stay to the right); 970 will
be on the right.
From NYC:
Take exit 8
(Atlantic Street). At the end of the ramp, make a left.
Continue straight on Atlantic Street until it becomes a
one-way street. This is Bedford Street. Continue
straight and at the fourth light, make a left onto Hoyt
Street. At the first light, turn left onto Summer Street
